Luca Frosini 75eed9c641 feat: a template variable can hold a list of values (propertyType List<T>) 
- The value is a JSON array of at most 1000 values of one of the single-value types, possibly empty; min, max and regexp apply to each value; it is substituted where the query takes an array (e.g. _in)
- Runbook: starting the GUI provisioning job from the Jenkins CLI
