There are 3 important changes in this PR:

  1. The build fails if one of README.md, CHANGELOG.md or LICENSE.md is not present in the baseDir of each Maven module
  2. The build fails if CHANGELOG.md does not have a tag [v+Pom version] (e.g. [v1.0.0])
  3. LICENSE.md is copied inside the META-INF of each JAR/WAR generated by the build
