PR looks good and I'm merging.
Keep in mind these actions to follow up the work in this PR:
1. all these files must be installed on all the jenkins nodes by Andrea
2. the gcube-developer-settings.xml file should be installed as settings.xml on each developer's machine that is expected to use these mirrors. It's not mandatory, but it will help to discover issues earlier on. Otherwise the job triggered by the git push would do it.
