[Trunk | Library]: subscribe.service.ts: Method "isSubscribedToCommunity()": 

a. get request, not post.
        b. Method "getCommunitiesSubscribedTo()" remove email parameter and add token in header ("X-XSRF-TOKEN" header) - Do not reveal user's email.
