This PR extends the person_thrugh_the_graph branch by adding links to projects (added to the action set) and extending the propagation workflows to extract also relations from the orcid_pending present in the grph.

Extention of the parameters for the action Set :

inputPath=/data/orcid_2023/tables/
outputPath=[AS outputpath]
postgresUrl=[the psql url]
postgresUser=[the psql user]
postgresPassword=[the psql pwd]
