This PR introduces changes to the mapping used to populate the JSON record model hosted in Solr to better align it with the explore portal requirements.

The changes are based on the feedback provided in https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Kvs3AWgmvg2y_7hDFD4RhLIE7uphphja81yJsXYdXMY/edit?gid=0#gid=0
