relation json schema: rel semantics list #5

It looks like we have not a list of all possible relationship semantics we set in the graph. We should have one vocabulary on the IS for them that we can refer in the schema, or at least, have the possible values listed in the json schema. The vocabulary is the preferred option, obviously.

The same for "type" of relationships.

For the relations we have a set of Ontology profiles. I can add a new vocabulary to the production aggregator.
The set of sematics value in the dump contains the set we have in the graph. I have added "hosts" and "isHostedBy". When we will have also the relationships between projects and community I can use "isRelatedTo"
