Allow to set an "root_address" in application.yml. This is used to declare the address of this server, when using proxy.

- Make the "cacheUpdateInterval" configurable.
...
- During boot, wait 3 minutes for the Datasource-pool to get fully initialized before "hitting" the DB to update the cache.
- Improve logging during cache-update.
