Subject: [PATCH] Make sure we use the latest version of the "zstd-jni"
 library, where the core code for the "ZStandard" compression algorithm is.
 The Apache's "commons-compress" package which wraps it in a file-managements
 code, updates the "zstd-jni" less often.
