gCube System - VRE Folder Hook

This component is a Liferay 6.2.6 CE Hook which intercepts the user adding/removal from the VRE (Sites) and performs the related Workspace actions (on sHub and LDAP), also it makes VRE-Manager as VRE Folder admins
