The bundle produced by Maven is equal to the Gradle one (scripts/compare_osgi_maven_gradle.py) and the unit tests pass

- view.jsp: read the description from the BASIC-WEB-CONTENT "content" field
produced by the 6.2 upgrade, or from the 6.2 static-content; restore the
6.2 summary (abstract cut at 256 chars, "Read More" on every vlab) and
markup ("private" badge for a vlab without URL, no extra wrapper)
- config.jsp: show the stored VRE URL instead of the link resolved for the
current user, so saving no longer overwrites the siteId; 6.2 form layout
- main.css: restore the title and badge metrics the 6.2 themes provided
- README, AGENTS.md, CHANGELOG updated

AGENTS.md gives coding agents the module-specific build/deploy commands,
Maven status, dependencies, structure and pitfalls (verified 2026-09-29).
README.md keeps the gCube template and adds a Usage section for portal
users/administrators, a Development section and the Liferay 6.2 repository
and reference commit the module was ported from.

Sets the pom name to the module directory name. Also pins release.dxp.api to 2026.q2.2 and fixes the Maven coordinates of
sibling-module dependencies (portal-manager, usermanagement:3.0.0-SNAPSHOT),
