Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

is missing critical details.
More specifically:
Also, the referenced paper in that page seems to be focused on the extraction of citations (bibliographic references). Is it a correct reference? If not, we should remove it.
Finally, the name “Extraction of cited concepts” is misleading… Would you object to rename it to “Extraction of referenced concepts”? Cites suggests that we are talking about paper-paper links and this is not the case here.

@marek.horst I've just stumbled on this thread. I totally overlooked the contributions in the branch you prepared, which I see was not yet merged into the main branch.
Is it still WIP, or can the PR be created?
