Missing description in the deduplication section #39

Currently the deduplication section doesn't describe an important step, responsible for processing the relationships involved in duplicated nodes, marking them as virtually deleted and making them point towards the new representative record.

I'm going to

• reuse the deduplication branch, updating it to the lasted changes in the main branch (also to avoid spawning further branches)
• include this description in the deduplication.md file, possibly adding some images to illustrate how the process work.
