[bulk tagging] Factor out long xqueries #263

The Xquery defined in 062abfd669/dhp-workflows/dhp-enrichment/src/main/java/eu/dnetlib/dhp/bulktag/community/QueryInformationSystem.java (L16) is quite long and before copy-pasting it in the information system inspector for testing purposes requires to adjust it removing all the double quotes and the new line string concatenations.

Please factor it out as a classpath resource loaded by the same class.
