This PR adds the mapping for integrate in the graph the datasource consent fields.

Note that the dependency towards the dhp-schema module was temporarily switched to the SNAPSHOT version that includes the new fields in the datasource DTO and must be updated to the released version.

See D-Net/dhp-schemas#15 for the integration of the consent fields in the schema module.
